Why is my internet slow?

Have you tried turning off and on again? If yes, the issue is likely your ISP, your router, your computer, or the moon. Contact us and we'll investigate (remote diagnostics only).

NovaSec™ flagged my own files as a threat. Help?

This is a known false-positive issue affecting Excel files, printer drivers, and sometimes Chrome. You can whitelist the files in NovaSec settings. We're working on an update (definition file has been queued since Q3 2023).

Why won't the payment page load?

Our payment processor is currently offline. We're aware of this and actively investigating. In the meantime, please send payment via check to our PO Box, or Venmo @NovaTechSupport (personal account).

How do I access my Cloud Backup?

Log in to your backup portal at backup.novatech.example (may be unavailable if Server-02 is running loud). Click "Restore" and select your backup date. If the portal is down, email us and we'll manually transfer files within 3–5 business days.

Can you help with printer issues?

We can try. Printers exist beyond our full understanding. Our success rate for printer issues is 34%. We recommend praying first.
